At MartifyMart.com, we are committed to providing quality products and a fair shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility (Strict Conditions Apply)
We accept returns only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

A return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

The item is unused, unopened, unwashed, and in original condition.

The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, inserts, and tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email) is provided.

The item is not listed as non-returnable.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used products

Personal care, hygiene, or intimate-use items

Clearance, discounted, or Final Sale items

Gift cards or digital products

Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Products returned without prior authorization
We reserve the right to deny any return that shows signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by us.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Return Authorization Required (RMA Policy)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused.

RMA approval does not guarantee refund approval.

Customers must ship the item within 5 days of RMA approval.
5. Restocking Fee
To prevent return abuse:

Approved returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If free shipping was offered, actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund in certain cases (e.g., excessive returns).
If the returned item does not pass inspection, no refund will be issued.
7. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
We actively monitor fraudulent activity.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restriction.

False claims or misuse of the return policy may be reported.

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers with excessive return history.
8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
9. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
10. Limitation of Liability
MartifyMart.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
